Help build their marketing team into a well-oiled, brand-­building, customer generating, loyalty maximizing machine. They're looking for someone analytically-minded who is experienced with paid acquisition to join their growth team and help run their digital advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and executing ad campaigns, performing analyses, generating ad hoc and recurring reports, and using these insights to optimize various paid marketing channels.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the tactical execution of ad campaigns for existing channels such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more (ad creation, targeting, bidding, budgeting)
  • Create and maintain weekly reports and dashboards related to customer acquisition performance
  • Launch and test new channels for scalable growth
  • Work closely with the in-house creative team to ideate and implement new ad concepts
  • Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies as part of acquisition team (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options)
  • Run tests, tests, and more tests

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 2 - 5 years of analytical, strategic and/or digital marketing experience in a position such as management consulting, data analysis, investment banking, business intelligence, finance or performance marketing
  • Has a strong foundation in direct response marketing and knowledge of major paid acquisition channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and others
  • Is familiar with performance tracking, measurement, attribution
  • Has strong quantitative capabilities and is comfortable manipulating and interpreting data in tools such as Excel and Looker
  • Can adapt and learn quickly
  • Takes initiative and is resourceful

Bonus points for:

  • Experience managing large marketing budgets across multiple channels
  • Experience working in  an e-commerce business
