An Away winning Ad-Tech company is hiring a a successful Account Supervisor who will be someone who can think “outside of the box” and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing key accounts. They are also responsible for managing Account Executives and their designated clients in order to oversee retention, growth and solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Building and cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to increase revenues
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective turnaround of deliverables
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of social and SEM campaign metrics and insights
  • Ability to pitch to new clients and upsell/sell new products to current clients
  • Ensure retention and growth of associated clientele
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment and execute excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with a flawless client-centric focus
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality


  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, client-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree required (in Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing and Social Recommendations/Optimizations
  • Copywriting skills and strong writing skills are a plus
  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving and emotional maturity.• Strong attention to detail and time management are essential.
